Job Description

The Server Assistant position’s primary responsibility is to assist the server with their needs. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Operate within Forbes 5-star standards daily.
2. Maintain a congenial appearance and be well-groomed at all times.
3. Handle a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail.
4. Ensure all setups are prepared for service according to standards.
5. Assist colleagues in completing pre-shift duties, including polishing serving trays, setting up the pass area for dinner service, polishing buckets, and other duties outlined in the pre-shift checklist.
6. Support staff in delivering a flawless dining experience by providing exceptional food, service, decor, and presentation.
7. Help uphold service standards consistently.
8. Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
9. Expedite dishes to the service area and assist in table service when needed.
10. Assist with breakdown and clean-up of service areas, including cleaning and storing service trays, and tidying the pass area for the next day.
