The pay range is $12-$14 per hour. This position involves working at the front desk and assisting with resident events. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, move easily around tables and chairs, and reside locally in zip code 77316. Schedule flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is required.

A typical day at the front desk includes:
  • Checking in visitors.
  • Greeting residents and guests.
  • Enforcing amenity rules and regulations.
  • Providing courteous assistance to residents and guests.
  • Managing amenity spaces consistently.
  • Hosting events, including setup and cleanup.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Following procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Responding promptly to resident requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Engaging positively with residents.
