Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with Building maintenance.
• Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior areas.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues.
• Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical systems

Commercial/building painting experience
