Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Manager to lead engineering and housekeeping operations at White Columns Country Club. You will supervise staff, manage building systems, and drive preventive maintenance and energy-saving initiatives to ensure a safe and premiere guest experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of engineering management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2 to 3 years engineering management/supervisor experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills. Proven experience managing facilities maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and perform new engineering programs and services.
• Flexibility with schedule, with evenings and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and discipline department staff.
• Adheres to property-required purchasing policies and controls, including outside contractor bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC) and related equipment.
• Prepare technical data, bidding, project work, alterations, and repairs for properties.
• Conduct walk-throughs and ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities.
• Maintain energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
