Job summary

Campbell Property Management is seeking a Part‑Time Clubhouse Attendant in Port St. Lucie for weekend shifts. You will greet residents and guests, keep the clubhouse and amenity areas clean, set up and tear down spaces for activities, and ensure supplies are stocked.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a drug screening, and a background check. Pay rate is $16 per hour, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• All candidates must pass a Drug Screening and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas to ensure cleanliness, orderly conditions, and proper maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
• Set up and break down rooms, tables, chairs, and equipment for resident activities and events.
• Ensure supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials are stocked.
• Assist residents with questions regarding facilities, reservations, schedules and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep throughout the clubhouse and amenities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and secure areas as needed.
• Maintain a professional relationship with residents, guests, vendors, and HOA staff.
• Support community events and other duties as assigned.
