The role includes greeting guests, coordinating events, handling registrations, tours, and basic administrative duties, with occasional travel and no supervisory responsibilities; a high school diploma and prior admin experience are required.

• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospective residents and guests and ensure proper registration.
• Coordinate events and show nights, manage tickets and seating.
• Provide tours of the facility and enforce community policies.
• Address conflicts or concerns promptly.
• Complete administrative duties such as room reservations, registrations and phone calls.
• Provide additional cleaning around the facility.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
