## Description# SUMMARYThe Premium Club Supervisor oversees the operational readiness of our premium spaces for food and beverage locations and staff. Their primary focus is to ensure all alcohol sales and food safety policies are followed.# DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Oversee alcohol sales and ensure compliance with established protocols2. Verify and monitor product inventories to ensure they are maintained at the appropriate levels3. Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed4. Train staff on basic foodservice operations and cash handling procedures5. Nights and weekends may be required6.
