Hampton Hall Club in Bluffton, SC is seeking a dining room server to provide attentive food and beverage service to members and guests. You will take orders, input into Jonas POS, and ensure timely, accurate service with emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include serving courses, replenishing beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean dining area. A minimum one year in hospitality is preferred; teamwork and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year hospitality service preferred.
• Two years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Set up side station and perform assigned side work.
• Greet members/guests and address them by name when possible.
• Take orders, input into POS, and communicate special instructions to the kitchen.
• Serve meals promptly, check back for satisfaction and refill as needed.
• Present the bill and process payments according to SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and bus station areas and assist with table resets.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and follow supervisor instructions.
