Worldwide Golf is seeking a Club Repair Specialist at Roger Dunn Golf Shops in California. You will perform club modifications, recommend products, and ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining accurate shop records.

You will measure lie and loft, repair or replace shafts and grips, and manage inventory with care. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Prior golf club repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with retail POS systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate shop equipment safely by following safety programs.
• Complete all order forms and repair tags accurately.
• Measure lie & loft angles, club height, weight & shaft flex, and adjust as needed.
• Repair broken clubheads and change shafts and grips.
• Provide product and service recommendations and repair expertise.
• Help improve store processes after training.

The Club Repair Specialist also provides the customer with a superior golf club repair experience by providing product and service recommendations and constructing or modifying golf clubs as needed.The Club Repair Specialist will manage inventory through accurately recording shop consumption, usage, and waste.
