Summary
In the role of Club Quality and Member Support Representative you will interact internally with our team as well as externally with Toastmasters International members from around the world. This position requires a person with an understanding of customer support principles, excellent communication skills, data entry skills, and a passion for service. The Club Quality and Member Support Representative position is a developmental role intended to transition directly into the Club Quality and Member Support Specialist position within six to nine months from date of hire.

Pay Range
$21.50 - $21.75 USD
Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy and testing and face-covering policy, is a condition of employment. You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
