Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking

  • Membership and retail sales

  • Hire/Manage instructors in the studio

  • Enforce studio policies and procedures

  • Schedule and participate in marketing and networking events for the studio

  • Collect payments and outstanding dues

  • Help cultivate studio culture

  • Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.

  • Proficiency in studio software and retail

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must

  • Must be solution-based not task oriented

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • The ability to think on your feet

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Marketing experience is a plus

  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • A self-starter + willing to go the extra mile

  • A passion for health and fitness

  • Manage staff schedule

  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner

  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
