The Role

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving sales targets
2. Managing and motivating a sales team
3. Working within the annual business plan and achieving budgets
4. Implementing an annual sales and marketing plan
5. Creating business opportunities with the local corporate market
6. Providing an exceptional product to our members

You must:

1. Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
2. Have extensive club management experience (essential)
3. Be results-driven
4. Have experience managing staff and budgets
5. Have a passion for health and fitness
6. Possess SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL)
