Job summary

United FP is seeking a Club Manager in Operations to lead a dynamic team, recruit talent, and deliver an exceptional member experience in a clean, judgment-free environment. You will model leadership, uphold the mission, and foster a family culture across the club.

Expect involvement in sales initiatives and controllable-cost management, with a schedule that may include weekends/holidays. The company emphasizes growth, leadership development, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Birthdate confirms you are at least 18 years old.
• 1 year industry experience.
• Experience in customer service, operations and leading teams.
• Ability to communicate, stand, lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands.
• Strong organizational, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency; bilingual Spanish helpful.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
