We are searching for a Club Manager to oversee club operations and ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining club cleanliness, handling member accounts, and overseeing safety and maintenance. The role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Staff Management: Create schedules, lead and coach staff, handle HR forms, resolve issues, manage disciplinary actions, and support absent employees.
  2. Customer Service/Front Desk: Greet members, answer calls, check-in members, promote memberships, and handle inquiries and purchases.
  3. Member Accounts: Manage memberships, billing, and refunds using POS system.
  4. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and safety, oversee repairs, and maintain equipment and facilities.
  5. Miscellaneous: Make bank deposits, order supplies, and track KPIs while managing marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • CPR certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and a passion for health and fitness.
Physical Demands:
  • Standing, walking, talking during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle chemicals.
