Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a leading Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Club Manager in a full‑time role to oversee daily operations and drive member experiences. The position requires leading a servant-leadership team that delivers a transformative, affordable fitness experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll accuracy, safety, policy enforcement, and achieving monthly KPIs while expanding community outreach and member engagement.

• Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards. Build a bench with team members; handle recruitment and staffing decisions.
• Achieve monthly goals and KPIs including drivers and KPI targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.
• Manage labor and payroll accuracy by validating timecards, approving payroll, and scheduling shifts.
• Keep clubs clean, well-maintained, and safe; meet monthly BER inspection standards.
• Coach staff and enforce policies; apply progressive discipline as needed.
• Drive membership sales with a focus on hitting DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to提升 performance.
• Assess needs in assigned club and implement corrective plans.
• Update Senior General Manager on progress weekly.
• Attend Regional Meetings and complete One-on-Ones with development goals.

Job description

This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary of $50,000.

Schedule is Saturday & Sunday 6:45am - 2:45pm, Monday - Wednesday 11am - 7pm.

Job Summary

The Club Manager is responsible for all club operations under the supervision of the Senior General Manager. This includes ensuring that the operational and financial goals are met, creating member experiences that produce Raving Fans, and developing and leading a staff of servant leaders whose mission is to transform the lives of those they serve.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards. This includes building a bench with team members. Responsible for recruitment and staffing to include: recruitment tactics, conducting pre-screens, interviewing candidates and hiring decisions. Provide back up support as needed.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPI’s.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Manages club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating employee timecards, approving payroll, scheduling shifts efficiently.
• Ensure assigned clubs are clean, well-maintained and safe for all members and staff. Maintain at least a passing Club BER inspection monthly.
• Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures. Provide coaching, constructive counseling, and progressive discipline (up to and including termination) to hold staff accountable for performance standards and adherence to policy/procedures.
• Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assess areas of need in assigned club, develop, and successfully execute plan of correction.
• Update Senior General Manager on assigned club progress weekly.
• Attend and participate in Regional Meetings.
• Completion of One-on-Ones on time with development goals and objectives.
