Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a full-time Club Manager for multi-club oversight in the US. The role drives daily operations, staffing, service quality, and membership growth to deliver a transformative experience for members across 200+ clubs.

The annual salary is $50,000 with a schedule including Saturday & Sunday 6:45am–2:45pm and Monday–Wednesday 11am–7pm. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPI’s.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Manages club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating employee timecards, approving payroll, scheduling shifts efficiently.
• Ensure assigned clubs are clean, well-maintained and safe for all members and staff.
• Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures. Provide coaching, constructive counseling, and progressive discipline up to termination.
• Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assess areas of need in assigned club, develop and execute plan of correction.
• Update Senior General Manager on assigned club progress weekly.
• Attend and participate in Regional Meetings.
• Completion of One-on-Ones on time with development goals and objectives.

Job description

This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary of $50,000.

Schedule is Saturday & Sunday 6:45am - 2:45pm, Monday - Wednesday 11am - 7pm.

Job Summary

The Club Manager is responsible for all club operations under the supervision of the Senior General Manager. This includes ensuring that the operational and financial goals are met, creating member experiences that produce Raving Fans, and developing and leading a staff of servant leaders whose mission is to transform the lives of those they serve.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards. This includes building a bench with team members. Responsible for recruitment and staffing to include: recruitment tactics, conducting pre-screens, interviewing candidates and hiring decisions. Provide back up support as needed.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPI’s.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Manages club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating employee timecards, approving payroll, scheduling shifts efficiently.
• Ensure assigned clubs are clean, well-maintained and safe for all members and staff. Maintain at least a passing Club BER inspection monthly.
• Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures. Provide coaching, constructive counseling, and progressive discipline (up to and including termination) to hold staff accountable for performance standards and adherence to policy/procedures.
• Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assess areas of need in assigned club, develop, and successfully execute plan of correction.
• Update Senior General Manager on assigned club progress weekly.
• Attend and participate in Regional Meetings.
