Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Austin, MN seeks a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and drive member satisfaction while ensuring financial performance.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage front-desk activities, maintain club image, and ensure open/close routines, inventory, and adherence to policies. A strong leader with 1+ year managerial experience is preferred.

• Ensuring self and team members are implementing and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory.

Job Title: Club Manager

Reports to: District Manager

Status: Full Time/Supervisor/Exempt/Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight making sure all team members are providing a great customer service experience at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
