Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a diligent maintenance professional to join our team. You will respond to repair requests, perform general maintenance such as plumbing and carpentry, and keep a log of work completed.

The role requires physical effort, outdoor work in all weather, and a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general engineering and maintenance experience required.
• Hospitality experience desired.
• Must be able to lift, carry and move 50 pounds. Able to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time and be able to move about the property.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Varied scheduling to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and address repair requests and fix general maintenance issues.
• Maintain a log of maintenance requests and completions; ensure safe storage of tools.
