Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Club Attendant to ensure a clean, healthy, and orderly facility. You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks across locker rooms, weight and cardio areas, and other spaces to drive member satisfaction through exceptional service.

You will restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and assist with minor repairs under supervision. This role requires up to date safety practices and reliable teamwork with the General Manager and Facilities Technician.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Attention to detail in performing tasks.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and dusts walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors in all club areas.
• Cleans and dusts weight and cardio equipment.
• Restocks supplies.
• Empties garbage and recycling containers.
• Completes daily and weekly scope of work.
• Performs special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Cleans and maintains wet areas (if applicable) and conducts pool chemical testing.
• Performs minor cosmetic repairs on equipment.
• Collaborates with Facilities Technician for maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor painting as approved.
• Uses janitorial supplies per labels and manuals.
• Reports facility maintenance issues via Service Channel.
• Reports member complaints to General Manager.
