Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Club Attendant to help maintain a clean, healthy club environment and deliver excellent member service. You will perform cleaning, restocking, and routine upkeep across all areas, including locker rooms and equipment, while maintaining safety and operational standards.

The role requires the ability to follow written instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with staff and members. Travel between clubs may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and dust walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in all club areas.
• Clean and dust all weight and cardio equipment.
• Restock supplies.
• Empty garbage and recycling containers.
• Complete daily and weekly scopes of work.
• Perform special cleaning projects.
• Maintain wet areas (pool deck, pool, steam room, sauna) where applicable and test pool chemicals.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs on equipment.
• Partner with Facilities Technician for cleaning per PM guide.
• Perform minor painting as directed.
• Use janitorial supplies per labels.
• Report facility issues via Service Channel.
• Report member complaints to General Manager.
