Qualifications

• Training and certification processes must be completed.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• May be less than 18 to perform parking lot cart functions.
• Must be over 18 to operate equipment and enter age restricted areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of all club areas including the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and the exterior.
• Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance.
• Operates floor scrubber, trash compactor and cardboard baler safely.
• Restocks maintenance/cleaning supplies and keeps supply areas tidy.
• Reports major repairs to management and follows safety standards.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
