Job summary

Kansas City Airport Marriott is seeking a Club Lounge Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in the MClub. You will greet guests, maintain buffet setups, and keep lounge areas clean and stocked during breakfast and dinner shifts.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong guest service, clear communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a cheerful welcome and assist with their needs.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and club lounge areas.
• Keep serving areas clean and well stocked; replenish supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to the manager.
• Explain hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Assist with closing and housekeeping duties as required.
