Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude.
• Mix and prepare cocktails and beverages.
• TABC license and Food Handlers certification required.
• Able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays per schedule.
• Good oral communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent service standards as outlined by BBCC.
• Open/close duties and daily tasks as directed by MLR Supervisor.
• Greet members and guests in a welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders and assemble trays.
• Maintain knowledge of products and station presentation.
• Report issues to the MLR Supervisor and ensure hygiene/dress standards.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Report to the MLR Supervisor.
