Job summary

Inn on Fifth in Naples, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Club Level Attendant to support Food and Beverage operations for Club Level Guest Suites. You will work with the Banquet and Culinary Team to ensure lounge areas are welcoming and fully stocked.

You will set up breakfast and evening selections, provide attentive service, and assist with event preparations, contributing to an exceptional guest experience at our boutique hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Club Level Lounge breakfast selections are available during scheduled hours and area stays clean and welcoming.
• Set up and maintain afternoon/evening club level appetizers and drink selections.
• Provide guests with outstanding service, including handling special requests.
• Coordinate with management for event preparation and support.

Requirements

As the Club Level Attendant...

In this role, the Club Level Attendant will work with our friendly Banquet and Culinary Team members in supporting Food and Beverage operations for our Club Level Guest Suites.

• Responsible for ensuring that the Club Level Lounge, has the breakfast selections available during scheduled hours, and keeps the area sparkling clean and welcoming
• Sets up and maintains the afternoon/evening club level selections of appetizers and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink selections
• Providing guests with outstanding service, including special requests
• Timely and accurately works with management in preparation for special events
