Job summary

Inn on Fifth, a Noble House Hotel in Naples, FL, is seeking a Club Level Attendant to join our Banquet and Culinary teams. You will help maintain the Club Level Lounge, service breakfast, and assist with selections for afternoon and evening events, ensuring a welcoming, pristine environment for guests.

We value reliable team players who can stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and deliver outstanding service with a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Club Level Lounge with breakfast during scheduled hours, keep area clean and welcoming.
• Set up and maintain afternoon/evening club level selections of appetizers and drinks.
• Provide guests with outstanding service, including special requests.
• Work with management to prepare for special events in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

As the Club Level Attendant…

In this role, the Club Level Attendant will work with our friendly Banquet and Culinary Team members in supporting Food and Beverage operations for our Club Level Guest Suites.

• Responsible for ensuring that the Club Level Lounge, has the breakfast selections available during scheduled hours, and keeps the area sparkling clean and welcoming
• Sets up and maintains the afternoon/evening club level selections of appetizers and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink selections
• Providing guests with outstanding service, including special requests
• Timely and accurately works with management in preparation for special events
