Job summary

High Point University is seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach for the club Lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will support the Head Coach in mentoring athletes and managing the program.

Responsibilities include designing training plans, recruiting staff, and ensuring a safe and effective coaching environment. A Bachelor’s Degree and valid First Aid certification are preferred. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing athletes of varying skill levels.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Lacrosse program to develop athletes.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor the assistant coach.
• Coach all members of the HPU Club Lacrosse Program for Fall and Spring Semesters.
• Maintain up-to-date registration and medical information.
