Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning to storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment as needed.
• Support with food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as assigned by chefs.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all equipment and chemicals.
• Participate in daily briefings and adhere to club policies and standards.
