Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean equipment and utensils.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals.
• Support team and help with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
