Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a General Manager for a Baltimore-area club to drive member experience and financial performance. This salaried role requires strong leadership to oversee operations, staff, and facilities while delivering Crunch brand standards.

The General Manager will motivate and manage teams to meet monthly budgets, coordinate sales initiatives, and ensure high-quality service for all members.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals, including memberships and personal sales
• Maintain a club conversion rate of 60% or higher
• Close two or more perks partners each month
• Organize and lead two or more community events monthly
• Manage daily past due collections and member outreach
• Ensure staff are trained with strong knowledge of programs, facilities and equipment
• Lead, motivate and develop club staff and department heads
• Oversee payroll processing approvals and budget adherence
