Qualifications

• Maintain professional certifications (AEA, ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, YMCA) while pursuing knowledge.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Physical activity demonstrations require jumping and running as needed.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting as part of sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly service and dynamic fitness classes.
• Supervise fitness services and ensure protocols are followed.
• Plan and conduct fitness sessions, personal and group training.
• Maintain cleanliness of Fitness Center and teaching areas.
• Recruit, develop, and train fitness staff as needed.
• Schedule staffing to meet productivity guidelines.
