Job summary

Invited is seeking a Fitness Trainer to create a safe, engaging environment for club members and guests, supervise programs, and develop personalized plans. You will actively promote services and deliver the club’s 3-step service: Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, contributing to a positive atmosphere across our private clubs.

The role requires CPR/First Aid/AED within 6 months, multiple professional certifications, and a high school diploma; weekend availability is expected to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Fitness Trainer with personalized programs.
• Current personal training certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within the last 6 months and group exercise instructor certification with AFAA or ACE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the exercise and fitness areas, supporting members and guests with programs.
• Evaluate fitness needs and provide appropriate exercise programs, including personal instruction.
• Conduct New Member Fit Start appointments and promote fitness activities.
• Update fitness activities on web page or member boards and maintain club standards.
• Promote facilities and services while upholding professionalism and service standards.
• Maintain current fitness certifications (CPR/AED) and pursue ongoing education with Invited partners.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed and equipment organized.
• Handle daily processing of personal training and group session accounting.
• Submit monthly forecasts for sessions, Fit Starts and client goals.
