You will follow cleaning schedules and assist with facility needs while supporting daily operations with a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, some janitorial or maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Certifications required by state/local regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all interior club areas.
• Keep exterior entrances, walkways, and grounds clean and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks per daily, weekly, monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns when needed.
• Monitor facility for safety hazards and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas safely.
• Support operations and special projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with members and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and guidelines.
• Comply with Team Member Handbook requirements.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
