Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and well-stocked while delivering excellent member service. You will maintain tidy locker rooms, manage supply usage, and assist guests with Life Time products and policies.

This role emphasizes daily cleaning tasks, adherence to budgeted consumables, and strong interaction with members to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facility or service industry preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication with members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
