You'll be the heartbeat of the club driving new memberships, maximizing personal training revenue, and delivering an unforgettable member experience.
Make 5060 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads follow up fast and close faster.
Run dynamic in-person tours that create excitement, build value, and convert prospects into members.
Develop local lead generation tactics events, partnerships, referrals, and digital campaigns to keep your pipeline full.
Master objection handling and refine closing scripts that raise conversion rates month over month.
Build, coach, and drive a team of trainers and front-desk staff to outperform membership and PT goals.
Run daily sales huddles, track KPIs, and celebrate wins to maintain high-energy culture.
Hold yourself and your team accountable to lead-to-sale, show, and retention targets.
Partner with trainers to convert intro sessions and hit personal training penetration goals.
Create sales incentives, referral programs, and local partnerships to grow ancillary revenue.
Optimize retail displays and product sales (apparel, supplements, gear) with strategic upselling.
Turn every member interaction into a retention opportunity.
Resolve issues quickly and with empathy to prevent cancellations.
Host creative in-club events, challenges, and community outreach that drive referrals and renewals.
Sales-first mindset: Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience: 2+ years in club management, sales management, or fitness leadership.
Leadership: Skilled in coaching, motivating, and holding teams accountable.
Operations: Strong P&L understanding and ability to drive profit through data-based decisions.
Communication: Energetic, persuasive, and confident both on the phone and in person.
Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.
