Job summary

Invited Clubs in Pennsylvania is seeking a Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations, assist with food and beverage delivery, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment for members and guests.

You will work under the F&B Director or Restaurant Manager, attend daily briefings, and help with setup, clean-up, and special events.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, required certifications, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food and beverage service experience.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with clear, effective speaking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to members/guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the dining area, set tables, and restock supplies.
• Learn the menu and daily specials to assist with service.
• Greet members/guests with a friendly attitude and provide welcoming service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Complete side work and adhere to club safety and cleanliness policies.
• Support events and large parties as required.
