Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, staff and guests at our Mount Prospect club. You will perform daily cleaning, restrooms, locker rooms, and sanitize equipment, while stocking supplies and assisting members as needed.

CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within a supportive fitness community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage daily tasks and priorities.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the club, including fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club.
• Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other items.
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Assist with service to the members and guests when required.
• Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members, and guests.
