Canoe Brook Country Club is seeking a Communications Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of all club communications. You will ensure a polished voice across email, digital, print, and on-property channels, acting as the hub for member and employee communications and storytelling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and executes the Club’s comprehensive communications plan across email, digital, print, and on-property channels.
• Develops and maintains a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity for Canoe Brook.
• Manages editorial calendar for timely, accurate communications.
• Writes, edits, and distributes newsletters, club updates, and event promotions.
• Creates content highlighting club life, programming, and member experiences.
• Maintains the Club website and mobile app; oversees email marketing platforms.
• Oversees social media channels with focus on engagement and brand alignment.
• Designs marketing collateral like flyers, signage, and digital assets.
• Supports membership efforts through onboarding communications.
• Captures photos/videos at Club events; supports events communications.
