Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an energetic bartender to mix, garnish and serve drinks with exceptional hospitality to members and guests.

Responsibilities include checking IDs, handling payments, maintaining a clean bar, stocking supplies, and adhering to responsible beverage service guidelines. A minimum of two years bartending experience, state Food Handler Certification and RBS certification are preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two years bartending experience preferred.
• State Food Handler Certification required.
• RBS state certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Check identification of customers to verify age for alcohol purchase.
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Ring drink orders into computer and handle payments.
• Wash and sterilize glasses and bar equipment.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor and related supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Represent the club professionally through image, dress and communication.
• Schedule may include weekend and holiday hours.
