Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Club Attendant to drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and maintenance tasks. The role involves cleaning, restocking supplies, and assisting with general facility upkeep to keep the club in a healthy, clean state.

Responsibilities include cleaning various areas, operating cleaning equipment safely, performing minor repairs, and reporting issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• Cleaning practices and procedures.
• Understand and follow written instructions.
• Effectively communicate (verbal and writing skills).
• Work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Attention to detail.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in duties.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and dusts walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors in all club areas.
• Cleans and dusts weight and cardio equipment.
• Restocks supplies and empties garbage/recycling.
• Completes daily and weekly scope of work; performs special projects.
• Cleans wet areas where applicable and tests pool chemicals.
• Performs minor cosmetic repairs; paints when directed.
• Reports maintenance issues via Service Channel and to GM.
