Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and dusts walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors across all club areas.
• Cleans and dusts equipment in weight and cardio areas.
• Restocks supplies and empties trash and recycling containers.
• Reports facility maintenance issues to the General Manager.
• Performs minor cosmetic repairs and painting as directed.
• Maintains wet areas and pool deck where applicable.
• Works with Facilities Technician on cleaning equipment per maintenance plan.
