Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC in Richardson, TX is seeking a Club Attendant to maintain a clean, healthy facility and support member satisfaction through reliable cleaning and maintenance tasks.

You will clean surfaces, floors, and equipment, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and work with the Facilities Technician and General Manager to keep the club in top condition. Previous janitorial experience and ability to follow safety guidelines are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and dusts walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floor of all areas of club.
• Cleans and dusts all weight and cardio equipment.
• Restocks supplies.
• Empties clubs' garbage and recycling containers.
• Completes daily and weekly scope of work as assigned.
• Performs special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Cleans and maintains wet areas of the club, if applicable (pool deck, pool, steam room, sauna).
• Performs minor cosmetic repair on equipment (rust removal, touch up paint, etc.).
• Partners with Facility Technician to perform cleaning duties on equipment as outlined in preventive maintenance guide.
• Performs minor painting as approved / directed by GM & Facilities Technician.
• Use all janitorial supplies in accordance to labels and manuals.
• Report all facility maintenance issues via Service Channel.
• Report any member complaints to the General Manager.
