Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverages following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens and accommodate requests.
• Coordinate with back‑of‑house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Demonstrate strong communication with guests and staff while remaining flexible.
• Handle tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and assist during events as needed.
• Operate equipment such as phones, beverage machines, and related utensils.
