Job summary

Compass Group USA at Kaseya Center in Miami is hiring a Club 1988 Server Assistant for part-time shifts. You will support servers in the dining room, deliver orders, bus tables, and help maintain HACCP standards while ensuring safe presentation and temperature control.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer; The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables; The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
