Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to join our landscape team. Your office is outdoors, and you’ll lead a crew of grounds professionals to deliver high-quality maintenance and service.

Based in Kimball, MI, you will cultivate lasting relationships with course owners, plan and assign crews, and ensure safety, ethics and exceptional customer care across sites.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Direct supervisory grounds maintenance experience with strong history of sales and account management performance.
• Knowledge of best management practices and plant materials for landscape horticulture.
• Preferred: turf, weed, tree and shrub ID knowledge.
• Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law.
