Job Description

Clow Valve's Metal Casting Facility has an immediate opening for a Disa Operator.

Position: 3rd Shift

Starting Wage: $24.42

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Set up tooling with correct placement of patterns
2. Clean out the machine
3. Use control panel to activate the machine and fill the hopper with sand
4. Check patterns for stickers
5. General cleanup of the workspace

Qualifications:

• Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 10 lbs, with some lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent lifting more than 40 times per hour
• Bending, twisting, and standing for more than 8 hours
• Ability to work in extreme heat
• Ability to work around moving machinery (e.g., cranes, hoists, forklifts)
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Proper PPE including metatarsal guarded boots, eye and hearing protection, apron, gloves, and sleeves
