Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cloud migration, transformation, and data center consolidation initiatives. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate across IT, operations, and business units, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center operations, and effective stakeholder communication. You will manage budgets, risks, and schedules while advancing IT modernization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven Program Manager with cloud migrations, transformation, and data center consolidation experience.
• Strong cloud technologies knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data center operations (infrastructure management, network design, security).
• Excellent PM skills with leadership and communication.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for data centers and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee data center consolidation and migrations, minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement transformation strategies to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to align goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources within scope and budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks in cloud migrations and data center consolidations.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
