Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Delivery Consultant – Application Modernization to lead the design, implementation, and management of complex AWS solutions for customers. You will gather requirements, propose migration strategies, and act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.

You will mentor teams, drive best practices, and oversee deployments while ensuring security, scalability, and performance across engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of consulting, design and implementation experience.
Experience leading application architecture/design/modernization projects with cloud-based solutioning (AWS or equivalent).
5+ years architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.).
Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Experience as a tech lead or leading a high performing consulting team.
