Summary
The Tenant Administrator is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance for all technology related to D&H tenancy. The Administrator works closely with IT Infrastructure and IT Security to implement and enforce all components and subcomponents within the current tenant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
· In-depth understanding of various tenant technologies including Azure, Entra, O365 and/or AWS and sub tenant technologies such as Teams, and SharePoint.
· Scalability:Multi-tenant clouds are elastic and can grow or shrink based on business needs, a firm understanding of tenant connectivity between on-prem and private or public clouds.
· Security:Cloud providers maintain security and logical separation between tenants and firm understanding of PIM (Privileged Identity Management)
· Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage ever changing tenant landscapes.
· Familiarity with tools and systems for management of Azure, Entra, O365, and/or AWS technologies, subscription tracking, and usage monitoring.
· Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and cost control.
· Soft Skills: Teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and effective communication across various departments
