Qualifications

• US citizen with an active Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (technical and integration background)
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications
• Strong understanding of EBS modules: Field Service, Supply Chain, Advanced Planning, and Financials
• Hands-on expertise with integrations, data migration, reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), and security
• Proven experience in leading cloud readiness assessments and migration planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in complex federal or large enterprise environments
