Job summary

thehivecareers.co is seeking an experienced ERP administrator to join our cloud-focused team in California. The role requires hands-on leadership of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments, from requirements through rollout.

You will guide other functional leads, manage data configuration, alerts, service assignments, integrations, and reporting, with a strong eye for change control and deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM.
• 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects (requirements, design, testing, rollout).
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships.
• Knowledge of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, deployment methodologies and application server lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead other functional leads through project phases; Master Data Configuration; Administration Function Settings; Manage Alerts and Service Call; Service Assignment; Customer Self-Service configuration; Integration with Other systems; Reporting

• 5+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM
